I have taken a long vacation from the BLOG…but I am back. I am here to share the stories + the adventures as we transition from living in Charlotte . . to moving to Dallas.

There are many emotions that come along with moving.

If you can look past all the long labor intensive nights and weekends filled with packing and moving….it can be exciting! We are truly overwhelmed with excitement as we continue to think about the new adventures we will have in a new city together. Our world will soon be filled with new sights, meeting lots of new people, as well as enjoying all a NEW city can offer. Its funny…people keep reminding me that ladies in Texas have big hair, but then they quickly realize that I may just blend right in with my own big hair. With that, D A L L A S, here we come. 

Recently it has personally been hard to show the excitement, as it is easily hidden with all the stress, headaches, and tears of making the move logistically work as well as leaving all the great memories and friends in Charlotte. However once you peel back those first few layers, you will see my big smile and hear the laughter that I love to share with others.

Tomorrow I will be cruising the streets of Charlotte in a UHAUL as I move several pieces of furniture to the beautiful storage unit. Perhaps that will JAZZ up the little space! I will be sure to share photos….
